Butter Horns
Vanilla Dough
- 4 sticks butter (2 cups)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 1/2 cups flour
Butter Horns (per part vanilla dough)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/8 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 part vanilla dough
Steps
- Make vanilla dough, separate into 4 quarters.
- Roll each out like pizza.
- Make 16 slices like pizza.
- Sprinkle nuts with a 1 inch border that doesn’t have nuts on the edge.
- Roll it up like a croissant.
- Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°F or 325°F.
