Chewy Brownie Cookies

Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.

Ingredients

• 1 package (10-15 oz) brownie mix
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• Powdered sugar

Steps

1. In a large bowl, mix brownie mix and flour.
2. Add oil, egg, and water; mix well.
3. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
4. Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls.
5. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
6. Place two inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
7. Bake at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, or until tops begin to crack. Do not overbake.
8. Immediately move cookies to a cooling rack. Cool before serving.
