Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
Steps
- Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk dry ingredients together.
- Fold in heavy cream with a spoon until dough forms. Knead into a smooth ball, about 30 seconds.
- Form a 3/4 inch thick circle and cut out 2.5 inch circles.
- Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
